With Franklin’s ‘A Gospel Christmas’ premiered December 4 respectively, the musical-laden Lifetime movie packed a potent, 1-2 punch on the critical and ratings front.
Look inside to see how it fared.
‘Kirk Franklin’s A Gospel Christmas,’ starring singer-actress Demetria McKinney and Chaz Lamar Shepherd, was unwrapped to a viewing audience of 817,000 – making it the second highest-viewed new scripted program on cable December 4.
